Centurion Health Collaborated with Delaware Department of Correction to Help Launch New Substance Abuse Treatment Program, Road to Recovery

  Centurion Health is proud to be a part of the DOC's overhauled Substance Abuse Treatment Program, called Road to Recovery. This program is guided to individualize the care for each patient and help them be as successful as possible once they are released from the facility. The new program aligns with the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) criteria and levels of care. Addiction treatment is one of the crucial steps to successful community reentry.
