Centurion Health Announces Successful Reprocurement of Correctional Healthcare Contract in Tennessee

ST. LOUIS, August 1, 2017 – Centurion Corporation (NYSE: CNC) announced today Centurion of Tennessee, LLC (“Centurion”) has been recommended for contract award by the Tennessee Department of Correction for inmate health services. Centurion is a joint venture between Centurion and MHM Services Inc.

Centurion began providing correctional healthcare services in Tennessee in 2013, and will continue to oversee care for over 20,000 inmates throughout the state. This latest award is expected to become effective in the third quarter of 2017.
